We contracted with Brett for his appraisal services in August 2023. We wanted his professional opinion and a full appraisal report to help us arrive at a list price for my grandparent's home. The home was dated, there were a few deferred maintenance issues, and it had some unique property features, so it was difficult to settle on a price. Brett's extensive knowledge as a Realtor and a licensed appraiser resulted in a high-quality report and a well supported valuation. His report gave us the confidence to list at a higher price point. Money well spent! We had multiple parties interested, and we received a strong offer on day one. The cost of the appraisal report was worth every penny! Without the report, we would have listed too low. Brett is a tremendously kind person, and he is very responsive to his client's needs. 10/10!
